This course is designed for students enrolled in the professional master degree of E-Commerce (2nd year of study). The course meets the needs of students who want to enhance their communication skills both written and oral as they plan their future professional careers in the field of e-commerce.
Course objective: By the end of this course, students will learn the different techniques of oral and written communication within an organisation and should be able to implement what they acquired in business contexts.

This course is designed for 2nd year Bachelor students who have a background knowledge of business English and EC types acquired over two semesters. Itis divided into 3 units dealing with 3 types of E-commerce (P2P, B2C, B2B). Each unit includes three core sections. It starts with a reading comprehension section followed by two sections focusing respectively on language and writing.
